Fix Laptop Compaq 421 Shutdown On Boot

Compaq 421 issue with processor Core 2 Duo and Graphic Card Ati Radeon  when i press power button show logo compaq on main screen then lood to boot windows 7, On windows 7 loading windows before welcome screen. Compaq 421 shuting down it self, when i try to re press power button also have same problem

I try to clean fan, headsink, and change thermal paste on processor and change thermal pad on VGA Card when i press power always shut down, i try to change memory also have same problem. On Headsink is very hot. i think problem on my graphic card and need to repair or change, But my technisian dont want to change / repair this vga. my technisian said that the problem is not in your VGA. But in IC Nectokin ( IC placed buttom of processor ) on my mainboard, then change with new nectokin with 3 capasitor 330UF ( idr 6500 ) i buy from my fren kausar laptop in malang city. than reassambly all to my case. and try to boot to windows 7 and i see the wolcome screen and program - operating system work well. thanks for my technisian Kharisma Komputer : Jln Gajayana No. 33 Malang
